ultraturbo gallery
I’ve been working on this gallery for a long time now 
First, it was in early developement stages, and friend came to me, to build some simple website for some
agriculture people seminar, so I agreed to do it, but then, like always, small projects don’t turn so small as
customer or management thought it is small…
First we spent many hours adjusting template what we made to user’s ideas, and later, after everything was over, he give us like 150 images organized in folders which should be displayed on that site, and I told both of them. Guys wait, give me some time to complete what I am doing, and you will get all images.
So version 1.0 was born.
Later I sold it to one guy on getacoder.com for 90$, but gdlib installation was faulty on his server, and I spent countless hours figuring it out, and proving to his hosting service gd is not working, finally I got them to reinstall php, and everything was working fine, so I added support for detecting faulty gdlib installations, so nobody will loose time on somebody elese’s problem.
So version 1.1 was born
Version 1.3 had support for lightbox
and version 1.4 haves more reliable algorithms.

- no need for databases
- automatic thumbnail creation
the philosophy behind this application, and all mine applications is plug and play.
I tend to create software that is smart and does exactly what’s it is supposed to, adding business value
to it’s purpose, by allowing other programmers/users to use their time in more efficient matter.
Such software is hard to create, requires lot’s of work, lot’s of testing, and lot’s of prior and
various experiences to design and build it.
Here is a short tutorial of how to work with this script:
1. Modify settings and basic template to fit your website
2. Organize pictures in folders
3 - Upload and that’s it, gallery will automatically create thumbnails at first visit
